LaunchBay is an internal project management tool within eBay that is used to manage projects easily and efficiently. The product team in Australia was given the opportunity to improve the UI of LanchBay as the current version had limited functionalities, no user roles and basic UI that did not align with ebay branding.

Discovery
The main focus of the project was to improve the UI of the existing tool, however there was a lot of area for improvement regarding the overall experience. As a team we spoke to stakeholders to gather insights on the current experience and what features should be included in the new one. We created user flows, low fidelity wireframes and a prototype which we used to gather feedback from stakeholders.

Outcome
Working as an efficient agile team enabled the project to progress smoothly and LaunchBay was successfully delivered on a short timeframe. This was the last project I worked on at ebay and was definitely the most rewarding as it is a tool that is used at scale by the global business.
